I have over 10 years of experience in design, development, and management. I have worked as a product designer with social networks with 30M+ users. I have also been a founder of my own design & development studio, a co-founder of a tattoo studio and a dark kitchen startup.

2021–Now · Hands-on Design Advisor
Parma is a relationship management app for entrepreneurs. It stores meeting notes to remember follow-up actions and decisions made with the client.
I help the team to conduct design experiments, brainstorm new ideas, work on user experience and design the website.
I had the pleasure of working with Eli on our latest project, and I must say, his exceptional product intuition, impeccable taste, and unwavering customer focus truly set him apart. Eli has ability to understand not only the technical aspects but also the emotional needs of our customers. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I highly recommend him for any design task. This is a browser snooker simulator game with online matches and a feel of a professional match table.
My work is to make the game profitable. I'm also responsible for managing the development team.
Eli is more than just a designer; he really gets both the design and the business side of things. He doesn't just make what you ask for, as he digs deep to understand what's actually needed to make things work. I love how he thinks through every problem, always focusing on what's best for the business. He's got a great eye on detail and aesthetics, and he knows exactly how to make interfaces user-friendly. Import2 makes migration from one CRM to another nice and easy. I help to transform a complex-as-hell process into a simple as possible interface.

I've redesigned interface of the app for vocal lessons, made it convenient for teachers and students. The design is yet to be implemented.

I help Eugene Lysy to make the app that helps people to learn beautiful Georgian language, starting with the basics. I've made mobile apps for the project, both iOS and Android (soon to be released). Currently working on marketing.

Drive2 is a social network for car enthusiasts with 30 million visitors per month. I worked as a lead product designer, and led both mobile and web development.

I founded Codelnaya as my own business. It began as an outsource front-end development team and turned into full-cycle design and development studio.
